# Seeing this Error (HttpDatasource$HttpSourceException)


# **⚠️ Fix Error: (HttpDatasource$HttpSourceException)**


**Ultimate TV Solutions App Guide**

If you are using the **Ultimate TV Solutions App** and see this error:

**(HttpDatasource$HttpSourceException)**

👉 This means there is a **cache issue on your device**.

This is not a service issue—your app just needs to be refreshed.



## **🧹 How to Clear Cache (Google TV / ONN / Android Devices)**



### **Steps:**


1. Go to your device **Home Screen**
2. Navigate to **Settings** (gear icon ⚙️)
3. Select **Apps**
4. Choose **See All Apps**
5. Find and select **Ultimate TV Solutions App**
6. Click on **Storage & Cache**
7. Select **Clear Cache**


⚠️ **DO NOT click “Clear Data”** — this will log you out and remove your settings



## **🔄 After Clearing Cache**


* Reopen the app
* Allow it a few seconds to reload
* Try your channel or content again


✅ The issue should now be resolved



## **⚠️ Important Notes**


* This error is caused by **stored temporary data (cache)**
* Clearing cache is a **safe and quick fix**
* You may need to do this occasionally if the app hasn’t been refreshed in a while
