# How to Update Playlist

# 🚨 Ultimate TV Solutions Playlist Update Guide
If channels are not loading, categories are missing, or content is not updating, please complete the following steps in order.
## Step 1: Restart Your Internet
1. Unplug your modem/router from power.
2. Wait 60 seconds.
3. Plug the modem/router back in.
4. Wait for your internet connection to fully return.
## Step 2: Clear App Cache
1. Go to your device's **Settings**.
2. Select **Apps**.
3. Select **Ultimate TV Solutions**.
4. Select **Force Stop**.
5. Select **Storage**.
6. Select **Clear Cache**.
7. Reopen the app.
⚠️ Do NOT select **Clear Data** unless instructed to do so.
## Step 3: Update Your Playlist
1. Open the **Ultimate TV Solutions** app.
2. Go to **Settings**.
3. Select **Playlist** or **Playlist Settings**.
4. Choose your current playlist/account.
5. Select **Update Playlist**.
6. Wait for the update to finish.
7. Return to Live TV and test your channels.
